mom and dad. thanks for coming over to visit.well, i am 36...wow 36...i am speechless. my family was here to celebrate with me...most of my family. as you can see little alice needs to take smiling lessons. we just got back from swimming so maybe she was too tired, who knows. most likely she was upset that the presents weren't for her and we weren't singing to her. she is her mother's daughter.

Happy birthday! Those pics of Alice are so funny. When I was young, I was notorious for being grumpy in pictures. If our old home movies were the only account of my life, you would have thought I had the worst childhood ever! Even if she doesn't grow out of it anytime soon, those will probably end up being the moments you treasure most.

Happy Belated Birthday! I am glad you updated your site. We were gone to Kirtland, Palmyra, and Niagra Falls last week. A lot of driving with two little ones! Sure miss you. I would love to take you out for something sweet to eat and a good movie for the special day. When are you coming to Indy for Dotty's program? I can't wait to see you.
